Cotton Coolmax Jersey

The 60% cotton / 40% Coolmax jersey combines cotton and Coolmax in a jersey construction. It provides an option for customers looking for a Coolmax blended fabric containing cotton.

Coolmax Fleece

The 50% recycled polyester / 50% Coolmax fleece combines Coolmax with recycled polyester and uses a fleece construction.

Compared with the cotton Coolmax jersey, both the material composition and fabric structure are different.

Functional Yarn Fabrics

In addition to Coolmax blends, KINGSOO offers 100% functional yarn in three fabric constructions:

• Fleece
• AWJ
• Terry

These options expand the available functional fabric range and allow customers to compare different constructions according to their own product requirements.

The two Coolmax fabrics currently offered by KINGSOO differ mainly in composition and construction.

The Coolmax jersey contains 60% cotton and 40% Coolmax and uses a jersey construction.

The Coolmax fleece contains 50% recycled polyester and 50% Coolmax and uses a fleece construction.

This means customers can compare the two options based on three confirmed factors:

• Fiber composition
• Fabric construction
• Coolmax content

The final fabric choice should depend on the requirements of the finished product rather than on the Coolmax name alone.

KINGSOO provides fabric selection as part of its Custom Design service.

In addition to choosing natural and functional fabrics, customers can also discuss other customization requirements, including:

For digital printing, customers can provide pattern files in AI or PDF format and specify the required print size. KINGSOO also provides more than 1,000 existing patterns for selection and can provide product renderings for reference.
